1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, booking a call, subscribing to the newsletter, or engaging in any coaching or consulting services with Jason Bedunah ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

We provide business coaching, consulting, and strategic advisory services focused on the Trust Transfer™ methodology. All services are delivered by Jason Bedunah and are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope and fees.

Results from coaching or consulting engagements vary based on your business, offer, market conditions, and execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue, client acquisition, or business outcomes.

3. Booking & Calls

Calls are scheduled through our third-party booking provider. By booking a call, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of future booking privileges.

4. Text Messages & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address — through our newsletter signup, booking forms, or any other contact method — you consent to receive communications from us via text message (SMS/MMS) and email. These communications may include:

• Call confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Newsletter issues and marketing communications
• Service updates, offers, and coaching-related content
• Responses to your inquiries

Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the other. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We use third-party service providers (including LeadConnector/HighLevel) to deliver text and email communications. Your contact information is shared with these providers solely for the purpose of delivering communications you have consented to receive.

Trust Transfer™ is a trademark of Jason Bedunah. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
